Our Jewish community is a proud partner of the Atlanta Community Food Bank and other non-profit organizations to help fight hunger in Metro Atlanta through Hunger Walk/Run 2010. Hunger is a very real issue in our Atlanta Jewish community, with approximately 4,800 Jewish families living below the poverty level. And, these numbers are rising during the continuing economic downturn.
Please join our entire Jewish community in helping to fight hunger. We have always made a tremendous impact through our participation in the Hunger Walk, as the Atlanta Jewish community has consistently been the largest faith-based fundraiser for the Hunger Walk. This year, we need to raise more money to help those who are hungry. Please help us with our fundraising efforts for Hunger Walk.
